Guests watch a piece get made and walk away wearing it, usually about two minutes after they step up. Here's what happens before and during a Phoenix event to make that work.
Before the event
You send the logo or artwork, and we proof it and prep screens or transfers ahead of time. We confirm garments, sizes and which stations fit your run-of-show. The day before, the truck leaves our Fullerton shop for the Valley, so nothing is being figured out on the morning of.
On site
- Load-in and build: presses, ink, blanks, tables and crew set up in about 10×10 ft per station.
- Guests choose: a size, a garment, a design or a patch. The choice is what makes them care about the piece.
- We print live: each press turns out up to 60 pieces an hour, and a two-press station clears 100+.
- They wear it out: a finished piece, still warm from the press.
What the venue provides
About 10×10 ft per station, two 120V circuits, a level floor and a queue path that doesn't block a door. Outdoors in the Valley, add shade and a power source. See venue requirements.
Picking a method
Volume favors screen printing. Full color and short runs favor DTF. A hat bar or embroidery adds a premium build. Read how live printing works or tell us about your Phoenix event.
Phoenix planning
How the day runs in the Valley
At Phoenix Convention Center the build happens inside an assigned load-in window, with power ordered through the venue. At a Scottsdale resort it fits between banquet setups. Either way, the crew arrives with the station already packed for that room.
Outdoors, the plan shifts with the season. October through April is easy. From June through September we run early, after sunset or in the shade, and the finished pieces stay out of direct sun.
