Chandler's campus events come from the chip-fab build-out along the corridor: kickoffs, milestone celebrations and family days on the company grounds. Gilbert is mostly suburban corporate and private parties. A live station works for both, though the paperwork is very different.
Corporate campuses set their own rules for outside vendors, so we ask for them before we quote. A family day on a campus lawn is an outdoor event, which means shade, a generator or building power, and a date between October and April if you can pick one. Gilbert parties are simpler: a driveway, a backyard and a free circuit.
What works in Chandler & Gilbert
- Live screen printing: a campus-wide shirt for a milestone, one design printed at volume.
- Live DTF: department names, site names and dates, changed guest to guest.
- Live hat bar: caps for an outdoor family day, pressed while the kids pick patches.
- Promo & hard goods: drinkware and totes for a team gift.
North of the corridor, we cover Tempe, Downtown Phoenix, Scottsdale and Old Town Scottsdale.
Per station: about 10×10 ft and two dedicated 120V circuits. On a campus, tell us which door and which loading area our truck is cleared for.
Send the campus or venue, the date and headcount. We'll send an itemized quote within 24 hours.
