Scottsdale fills up in winter. Conference and incentive programs book the resorts, the golf calendar runs through the cooler months, and WestWorld of Scottsdale hosts expos and shows on open grounds. Each one wants a slightly different station, and the resort programs lean toward the premium end.
Resort work runs to the banquet schedule. At a property like Talking Stick Resort we confirm the setup and strike windows well ahead and fit them into the event order, and we check that our circuits aren't shared with catering. WestWorld is closer to a show floor: more space, a longer day, and a line that needs room to form.
What Scottsdale programs tend to book
- Live screen printing: for WestWorld show days, where one design goes on a lot of shirts.
- Live DTF: names and titles for an incentive trip, printed on the spot.
- Live hat bar: an easy win for a golf weekend. A cap is the most useful thing we can hand someone in the sun.
- Promo & hard goods: tumblers and totes for resort gifting tables.
Out past the resorts, we also work Old Town Scottsdale for smaller nights, plus Downtown Phoenix, Tempe and Chandler & Gilbert.
Resort ballrooms usually have the power we need: two dedicated 120V circuits and about 10×10 ft per station. Lawns and patios need shade and a power source, and in summer we'll push an outdoor slot to after sunset.
