At a wedding, a milestone birthday or a bar or bat mitzvah, a live station replaces the favor table with something guests line up for. They pick a design, watch it get printed with the couple's names or the date, and leave wearing it.
Private events around the Valley run from resort receptions in Scottsdale and Paradise Valley to backyard parties in Gilbert. We style the station to the room, keep it to about 10×10 ft, and run it during cocktail hour or the late stretch when guests want something to do. Outdoors in summer, we'll suggest after sunset.
Live t-shirt printing ideas for a Phoenix celebration
- Names and dates on live DTF: each guest's piece can be a little different.
- Embroidered keepsakes: live embroidery puts initials on a cap or a sweatshirt for the wedding party.
- A styled station: matched to the décor, so it looks like part of the event.
- No rush on the day: the truck leaves Fullerton the day before, and we build before guests arrive and strike after the send-off.
Space and power for a live printing station at a Phoenix wedding
Plan on a 10×10 ft spot and two 120V/20A circuits. At the Scottsdale and Paradise Valley resorts that power usually goes through the in-house AV team, so put it on the banquet order early. A backyard in Gilbert or a rented house in Tempe is different: send us a photo of the breaker panel and where the station would sit, and we'll settle the cord run or bring a quiet generator before the truck leaves Fullerton. Each shirt takes about 2 minutes and the two-press station does 100+ an hour, so 150 guests get through in roughly 90 minutes. From May into September the heat press and a 110° patio don't mix, which is why we push summer stations indoors or after dark, and monsoon storms in July and August are a good reason to have a covered backup spot.
Send the venue, the date and a guest count, and we'll suggest a setup that fits.
