Space, power and a way in. Each station needs about 10×10 ft of level floor, two dedicated 120V/20A circuits and a route for road cases. We bring the presses, ink, blanks, tables and crew.
The short checklist
- Floor. About 10×10 ft per station, level, with room for a line that doesn't block a door or a service lane.
- Power. Two dedicated 120V/20A circuits per station. At Phoenix Convention Center that means ordering electrical through the venue ahead of time. In a resort ballroom it usually means confirming the circuit isn't shared with catering.
- Access. A dock or freight lift for road cases and the load-in window in writing. Convention Center load-in runs on a marshalling schedule, so we need that slot early.
- Outdoors. Shade over the station and the line, and a generator or venue distro confirmed early. Summer outdoor dates run in the morning or after sunset.
A Scottsdale loft or a private home is usually simpler: a door, a patch of floor and a free circuit. Send us the floor plan and we'll flag any power, load-in or queue problem before we quote.
