Live event printing
under the Phoenix sun
Live printing with DTF stations, a hat bar, embroidery machines and a screen press, driven in from our Fullerton shop to Valley conventions, Scottsdale resort weekends and Tempe launch parties. We make the gear while your guests watch.

Winter conference season fills the Scottsdale resorts, spring training packs the Cactus League towns, and the chip-fab build-out keeps corporate campuses from Chandler to Deer Valley throwing kickoffs and milestone parties. We bring a working print line to any of them. Guests pick a design, watch it get made and wear it out the door about two minutes later.

Rig rolls in
The truck leaves Fullerton the day before and runs east on the I-10 to the Valley. The crew builds before doors.
Line goes live
Guests pick, we print, they wear it. When the run ends we strike on the venue's schedule.
Live stations
The stations we bring
to the Valley
Every live event printing job here is built from five stations, from live screen printing in Phoenix to DTF, caps and stitching. Most Valley events pick one or two.
Live Screen Printing
One bold design pulled by hand, a few hundred times over.
ExploreLive DTF Printing
Full-color art, names and dates, pressed while guests wait.
ExploreLive Hat Bar
A wall of caps and patches. In the Valley sun, the hat gets worn.
ExploreLive Embroidery
Logos and initials stitched on site for the resort crowd.
ExplorePromo & Hard Goods
Totes and drinkware that outlast the event.

Why live
Swag tables get skipped.
A live press draws a crowd.
A table of boxed shirts gets walked past. A press with a printer pulling ink gets a crowd, because people want to see how it's done and then want one in their size. The shirt they watched get made is the one they keep.
At a Phoenix Convention Center booth that crowd is your lead list. At a Scottsdale resort dinner it's the part of the night guests post about.
Recent Phoenix work: a trade show printing activation at a Phoenix B2B summit, with live production, custom event artwork and full setup and teardown.

We print where
Phoenix gathers
Downtown high-rises, Scottsdale resorts, Tempe lakeside venues and Westgate's entertainment district are all on the map. When the event moves outdoors, we bring shade for the station.

Questions
The practical stuff
Most Phoenix events land between $5K and $15K all-in. Where you fall depends on headcount, how long the stations run, the garments you pick and how involved the load-in is. The quote covers crew, equipment, blanks, setup, teardown, travel and every print, and it's back within 24 hours.
One press does about 60 an hour. The standard station runs two presses with two printers, so it clears 100+ an hour when the line stays full, and each guest waits about two minutes for theirs. Here's how to size a live printing station for a Phoenix crowd.
About 10×10 ft of floor per station and two dedicated 120V/20A circuits. We bring the presses, ink, garments, tables and crew. A ballroom or a shaded patio both work, though in a Phoenix summer we'll steer you toward the ballroom.
Four to six weeks is comfortable, and two weeks is usually workable. February and March are the exception: with the golf tournament and spring training on, book a March weekend by December.
No. Live t-shirt printing is where most Valley setups start, but the same crew runs live DTF, a build-your-own hat bar, on-site embroidery and hard goods like totes and drinkware. A lot of Phoenix events pair one shirt station with one of those.
Yes, anywhere in the metro: Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert and Glendale. Our shop is in Fullerton, 338 miles away in a straight line. The presses come up the I-10 by truck the day before, and travel and lodging are one line on the itemized quote.
Yes. The station fits inside your booth footprint and prints for attendees all day. At Phoenix Convention Center, power is ordered through the venue and load-in runs on a marshalling schedule, so we'll ask for your dock time early.
The whole production: printers, presses and dryers, blank garments, ink, setup before doors, breakdown after, the drive from Fullerton and every piece printed in between.
Anywhere with floor space and power: Phoenix Convention Center, WestWorld of Scottsdale, resort ballrooms, rooftop bars and private homes. At Footprint Center, Chase Field or State Farm Stadium, the station goes on a plaza, a concourse or in a hospitality space, not in the seats. Conventions, corporate events, festivals and activations across Downtown Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe and Old Town all work. Outdoor stages and desert-night shows have their own page (live printing for Phoenix festivals), and so do resort conferences and kickoffs: live printing for Phoenix corporate events.
