Downtown is where the big Phoenix shows land. Phoenix Convention Center carries the trade shows and conferences, and the station there works as a booth feature that turns aisle traffic into a line. Every shirt comes off the press in front of the person who'll wear it.
The Convention Center has its own process, and we plan around it from the first call. Electrical is ordered through the venue, load-in runs on a marshalling schedule, and freight needs a dock time and a drayage slot. Footprint Center and Chase Field are a different job. There the station goes on a plaza, a concourse or in a hospitality space, and the venue decides where. The Van Buren suits a smaller music-night build.
Stations that fit downtown rooms
- Live screen printing: the volume play for a show day, one design across hundreds of attendee shirts.
- Live DTF: booth personalization, with a name or a company pressed on the back.
- Live hat bar: a compact add-on for a sponsor lounge or a pre-game hospitality space.
- Promo & hard goods: printed totes that attendees carry around the hall all day.
Most downtown jobs are indoors, which makes summer dates easy. Past the core, the same crew covers Scottsdale, Tempe, Old Town Scottsdale and Chandler & Gilbert.
Each station still needs about 10×10 ft and two 120V circuits. At the Convention Center, order those circuits with your exhibitor electrical, and tell us your booth number early.
Send the show name or venue, your date and headcount, and we'll return an itemized quote within 24 hours.
