Live stations
Live printing services in Phoenix
Five ways to put a working station on the floor. A full press line suits a show day at Phoenix Convention Center. A single compact station is the right size for a Scottsdale loft or a hotel ballroom. The presses drive in from Fullerton the day before, so setup runs on your schedule.
Most events here run one method. The busy ones run two side by side: a press for volume and a DTF or hat-bar station for personalization. Tell us the room and the guest count, and we'll tell you which pair earns its floor space, whether that's a Convention Center booth or a Tempe launch. Each station takes about 10×10 ft and two dedicated 120V/20A circuits. One press does up to 60 shirts an hour and a two-press live screen printing station clears 100+, so each guest waits about two minutes. Most Phoenix live printing jobs land between $5K and $15K all-in. Book four to six weeks out, or by December for a March date, when spring training and the golf tournament fill the Valley.
