Old Town runs smaller than the Scottsdale resorts. The rooms are bars, galleries and private event spaces, and the station has to fit between the bar and the door. That usually means one compact build: a hat bar or a single DTF press with a short design menu.
Spring training changes the calendar here. After day games, Old Town's bars and restaurants fill up, and a takeover with a hat bar in the corner gives a sponsor something to do with that crowd. The rest of the year it's gallery openings, birthdays and brand nights, where a guest watching their shirt get made is the whole point. Bigger sponsor takeovers are covered on our live printing for Phoenix brand activations page.
What fits an Old Town room
- Live screen printing: for a bigger private party with room for a full press and one bold design.
- Live DTF: one heat press and a design menu, small enough for a gallery wall.
- Live hat bar: the natural Old Town build. It fits where a full print station won't.
- Promo & hard goods: small gifting pieces for a private party or a gallery opening.
Larger Scottsdale events, like resort programs and WestWorld show days, are on the Scottsdale page. We also cover Downtown Phoenix, Tempe and Chandler & Gilbert.
Tight room? One compact station needs about 10×10 ft and two 120V circuits. Tell us where the free outlets are and whether gear comes in through a front door or a back alley.
