Four to six weeks out is comfortable for a Phoenix date, and two weeks is usually workable. The presses are staged at our Fullerton shop and drive to the Valley the day before, so a late booking mostly comes down to whether a crew is free. If your date is close, ask anyway.
What actually sets a Phoenix deadline
- Art. Final files about a week before the event. Screens and DTF transfers are made from that version, so a late logo change is the most common reason a date gets tight.
- Blanks. The garment order locks around the same point. A headcount that keeps moving slows a Phoenix job more often than press availability does.
- Venue windows. Phoenix Convention Center needs its electrical order in and a dock time assigned. A resort ballroom has a banquet schedule we have to fit around.
- The season. From the early-February golf tournament through the end of spring training in late March, every crew, rental company and hotel block in the Valley is booked off the same calendar. For a March weekend, treat December as the deadline.
When Phoenix Convention Center has a major show on, hotels and labor tighten across the Valley at once, so booking around that week is the cheapest decision you can make. For a rush, simple art and standard blanks are what make it possible. Planning a convention booth months out? We'll hold the date. A late date change is normally absorbable. Send your date and headcount and we'll confirm availability within 24 hours.
