Most custom t-shirt orders in Phoenix work the same way: send a file, wait, pick up boxes. We do it the other way around. The press comes to your event, and each shirt gets made in front of the person who'll wear it, in about two minutes.
What changes when the shirt is made on site
Sizing stops being a guess. Guests pick their own size at the table, so you aren't left with a box of unclaimed 2XLs after a Scottsdale conference. The design can change too, with a name or a date added for one guest and not the next. And the printing turns into something to watch, which a box of pre-printed tees never is.
What we can print
- Tees: soft blanks from XS to 4XL, printed to order by size and design.
- Hoodies and crews: for winter evening events and air-conditioned ballrooms.
- Caps: built by the guest at the live hat bar, and worn in the sun right away.
- Totes and more: promo goods for guests who have enough shirts.
Screen printing or DTF for your shirts?
One bold design on hundreds of shirts is a job for live screen printing. Photos, gradients and names go on with live DTF printing, which has no color limit and no screens. Tell us the art and we'll tell you which one.
Why live beats a catalog order: nobody guesses sizes, nothing ships, and guests keep the shirt they watched get made.

Phoenix planning
Getting the shirt right for a Phoenix crowd
Phoenix events split by season. Winter conferences and evening receptions can carry a heavier tee or a hoodie. Outdoor dates from spring onward want the lightest blank we can find, in a light color, because nobody wants a black heavyweight in the afternoon sun.
Everything comes up from our Fullerton shop by truck the day before: presses, heat presses, blanks and the crew. Each station needs about 10×10 ft and two 120V circuits, and a two-press line clears 100+ shirts an hour.
